The Kitchen
Highlighted by light, fresh and sharable small plates, Saint Urban’s all-day menu features an epic Charcuterie & Cheese section and fresh seafood.
The Chef
Proudly raised in Phoenix, Christopher Collins is a fourth-generation restaurateur and the founder & operator of Common Ground Culinary. Christopher honed his craft working as both an executive chef and general manager for top restaurant brands nationwide. Then in 2011, Collins returned to the Valley, and put his skills to use handcrafting a local restaurant group, Common Ground Culinary, with a mission of creating community driven restaurants that have soul.
The Bar
Alongside the kitchen menu, the bar menu features an ever-changing selection of 30 West Coast, wines by the glass, a menu of all-Arizona craft beers, and a cocktail program featuring specialty gin & tonics.
Happy Hour
Offered daily from 3pm - 6pm, our robust Happy Hour menu has something for everyone. Bar offerings include $4 beers, $8 wines by the glass, $10 specialty cocktails and $5 Mini ‘Tinis. Plus, Sundays are for Sunset Happy Hour where Happy Hour is available from 11am until the sun sets!
